Job Summary
YOUR VALUE
šDeveloping and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the US šServing as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional account management and proactively addressing any issues or concerns. šUnderstanding clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively position Coin Metrics' products and services. šCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to deliver solutions that meet client needs. šIdentifying and executing upon upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. šConducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. šStaying up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities. šPreparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the contract renewal process. šProviding feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, features, and client requirements to drive continuous improvement. šCollaborating with marketing and communications teams to support client engagement activities, including webinars, conferences, and industry events.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
šInterest in crypto and crypto assets šBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. šExperience in account management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry. šStrong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related products and services. šProven track record in managing and growing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. šStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
