Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads 📍Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets’ client network 📍Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts 📍Present Shift Markets’ full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto and TradFi markets 📍Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM 📍Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads 📍Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support 📍Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner
Qualifications:
📍3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota 📍Established network of contacts in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.) 📍Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing complex deals with institutional clients 📍Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi
