šDrive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads šLeverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Marketsā client network šManage the full sales cycleāfrom prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts šPresent Shift Marketsā full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto and TradFi markets šBuild a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM šRepresent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads šPartner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support šStay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner
Qualifications:
š3ā5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota šEstablished network of contacts in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.) šExpertise in outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing complex deals with institutional clients šStrong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi
