Job Summary
You will 🚀
đź“ŤWork on the strategic account list with action plans to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, banks, VCs, and hedge funds. đź“ŤManage the full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and then helping make them successful. đź“ŤParticipate in both high-level business and technical discussions within various organizational tiers, effectively communicating P2P's unique selling points. đź“ŤManage and spearhead deals, autonomously coordinating with relevant departments required for deal closure - product, legal, and research.
You have 🤓
đź“ŤCrypto-native: Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market in general, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts. đź“ŤExperience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development role for 4 years. đź“ŤProven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment. đź“ŤExperience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations. đź“ŤA consultative approach to sales, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals. đź“ŤExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. đź“ŤExtraordinary sense of ownership.
