Job Summary
What you will do:
šDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients to determine existing and future business needs šUnderstand the clientās objectives and decision-making process and forming long-term partnerships with individuals šActively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through šIdentify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP to ensure maximum growth šEnsure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives šAnalysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business šMake optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, Telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players šCollaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. šCollaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.
What you will bring:
šMinimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment. šExcellent communication and writing skills are required. šBilingual in English and Portuguese šSports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required šHigh level of global sports knowledge šStrong gambling knowledge šCryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous šProficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
