Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šDesign and execute an annual campus recruiting strategy that attracts top STEM talent from target academic disciplines šBuild strong relationships with universities and key stakeholders, including career centers, student organizations, and faculty members šPlan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events to engage with students and promote IMC as an employer of choice, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events šDevelop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, designing interviews, training interviewers, screening resumes, etc. šPartner with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials šTrack key recruitment metrics and proactively provide reports to stakeholders evaluating the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and solutions for how we can improve outcomes šCollaborate with global teams to execute a regional version of talent attraction events and the summer internship program
Your Skills and Experience:
šBachelorās degree required, MBA in Human Resources is preferred š8+ years of experience in a hands-on campus recruiting role for a global organization šWillingness to travel to campus events and career fairs as needed šExperience establishing relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations šProven track record of executing campus recruiting strategies and achieving annual intern and grad hiring goals šStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and influence others šHighly organized with solid attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction šProactive and forward-thinking with the ability to translate ideas into action šComfortable working in a data-driven environment and presenting key insights to stakeholders
