Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Design and execute an annual campus recruiting strategy that attracts top STEM talent from target academic disciplines 📍Build strong relationships with universities and key stakeholders, including career centers, student organizations, and faculty members 📍Plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events to engage with students and promote IMC as an employer of choice, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events 📍Develop and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, designing interviews, training interviewers, screening resumes, etc. 📍Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials 📍Track key recruitment metrics and proactively provide reports to stakeholders evaluating the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and solutions for how we can improve outcomes 📍Collaborate with global teams to execute a regional version of talent attraction events and the summer internship program
Your Skills and Experience:
📍Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in Human Resources is preferred 📍8+ years of experience in a hands-on campus recruiting role for a global organization 📍Willingness to travel to campus events and career fairs as needed 📍Experience establishing relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations 📍Proven track record of executing campus recruiting strategies and achieving annual intern and grad hiring goals 📍Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and influence others 📍Highly organized with solid attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction 📍Proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to translate ideas into action 📍Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and presenting key insights to stakeholders
