Job Summary
The opportunity
šAssist with forecasting, budgeting and the long-range planning process for the entire business, coordinating with internal partners and stakeholders on managing the business. šPreparation of management reporting and presentations including month-end close reporting, board reporting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews. šTrack headcount across all departments ā including active roster, open roles and compensation levers ā and link to budgeting and financial forecasts. šParticipate in monthly meetings with Finance leadership to review spend and variance analysis. šWork closely with the data team to ensure all data outputs are validated and accurate. šEnhance the understanding at the corporate finance level of critical business performance drivers and maintain a good view of business strengths and weaknesses šIdentify, develop, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for FP&A. šPartner closely with Treasury and Capital Markets on liquidity management. šAssist with ad hoc projects and analysis that will drive strategic decision-making. šAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills you should HODL
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting or related field š3-5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Investment Banking, Consulting or Finance & Strategy in a high growth tech public company šIdeal candidate would have strong financial/strategic analysis and modeling skill sets with a background in FP&A, Business Finance, Equity Research or Capital Markets šExcellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills and a track record of delivering results on corporate wide initiatives šThe ability to distill complex information into clear problem statements that can be systematically analyzed and communicated; frames both approaches and solutions in a way that is actionable for all audiences šComfort working with metrics, building new KPIs and navigating large data sets to find answers to complex problems
