Responsibilities

📍Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making. 📍Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight. 📍Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders 📍Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights. 📍Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas. 📍Create regular reports for senior management. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research. 📍Develop and drive competitive strategies. 📍Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design. 📍Optimize internal processes to support growth. 📍Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.

Requirements

📍Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles. 📍Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills. 📍Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. 📍Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key. 📍Project and change management experience. 📍Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus. 📍MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
