What You’ll Do

📍Drive brand and mindshare growth for Monad across the region 📍Own the strategy for making Monad the blockchain of choice for developers and early-stage startups 📍Build deep connections within regional partners and communities 📍Design and lead regional growth initiatives and programs that activate strong builders 📍You will be the bridge between local builders and the global Monad ecosystem – surfacing talent, driving funding and growth in LATAM projects 📍Drive expansion into key verticals – DeFi, consumer apps, payments, stablecoins 📍Own goals and metrics for mindshare, adoption and on-chain startup revenue in the region

Who You Are

📍6+ years of experience in crypto, with a proven track record of scaling ecosystems in competitive markets 📍Native in Spanish (or Portuguese) with strong English proficiency, you can navigate business conversations and build trust across cultures 📍Strong connections with founder communities and important players in the region 📍You are opinionated about what it takes to be a great founder, and are passionate about early-stage startups 📍You understand what drives meaningful blockchain adoption, and bring the network and resourcefulness to deliver results 📍You operate with a founder mentality – you own outcomes, move and execute fast
