Responsibilities:

📍 Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, product owners, business analysts, developers, and DevOps engineers. 📍 Oversee the development and implementation of game and web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability.. 📍 Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our development processes and technologies. 📍 Manage resources effectively, including onshore and offshore teams and outsourced partners. 📍 Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects. 📍 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in the gambling industry.

Requirements

📍 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a technical architect. 📍 Extensive experience with Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies. 📍 Proven track record of architecting and developing large-scale web platforms, particularly for e-commerce or fintech industries. 📍 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 📍 Experience working with offshore teams and outsourced partners in a distributed development environment. 📍 Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly preferred. 📍 Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
