Requirements

šŸ“IT Support & Helpdesk šŸ“Serve as the first point of contact for technical support queries (software, hardware, peripherals). šŸ“Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 & 2 support issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. šŸ“Maintain documentation of common fixes and best practices for end-users. šŸ“Hardware & Software Management šŸ“Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees. šŸ“Manage device inventory, ensure timely procurement of hardware, and enforce company security standards on all devices. šŸ“Network Administration šŸ“Oversee the internal network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), including routers, switches, and firewalls. šŸ“Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages or performance bottlenecks, and implement network improvements. šŸ“Ensure network security through proper configuration, patching, and documentation. šŸ“VPN / Zero Trust Administration šŸ“Configure and maintain Zero Trust policies for secure access control. šŸ“Monitor and optimize network traffic flow through Cloudflare tunnels and policies. šŸ“Security Monitoring & Incident Response šŸ“Monitor alerts from cybersecurity tools, including email security platforms and endpoint protection software. šŸ“Investigate and escalate security incidents; coordinate incident response with internal teams or external partners. šŸ“Enforce IT security policies, recommend improvements, and stay informed of the latest security trends. šŸ“Continuous Improvement & Automation šŸ“Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system reliability, and enhance the user experience. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within scope. šŸ“Document and share best practices, acting as a resource for team members.

Qualifications & Skills

šŸ“Experience: 2+ years in an IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration role. šŸ“Technical Skills: šŸ“Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments. šŸ“Proficiency with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). šŸ“Hands-on experience with endpoint protection and email security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Abnormal). šŸ“Familiarity with Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar Zero Trust platforms (Zscaler, Perimeter 81, etc.). šŸ“(Nice-to-have) Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
