Job Summary
Requirements
šIT Support & Helpdesk šServe as the first point of contact for technical support queries (software, hardware, peripherals). šTroubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 & 2 support issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. šMaintain documentation of common fixes and best practices for end-users. šHardware & Software Management šSet up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees. šManage device inventory, ensure timely procurement of hardware, and enforce company security standards on all devices. šNetwork Administration šOversee the internal network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi), including routers, switches, and firewalls. šProactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages or performance bottlenecks, and implement network improvements. šEnsure network security through proper configuration, patching, and documentation. šVPN / Zero Trust Administration šConfigure and maintain Zero Trust policies for secure access control. šMonitor and optimize network traffic flow through Cloudflare tunnels and policies. šSecurity Monitoring & Incident Response šMonitor alerts from cybersecurity tools, including email security platforms and endpoint protection software. šInvestigate and escalate security incidents; coordinate incident response with internal teams or external partners. šEnforce IT security policies, recommend improvements, and stay informed of the latest security trends. šContinuous Improvement & Automation šIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system reliability, and enhance the user experience. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within scope. šDocument and share best practices, acting as a resource for team members.
Qualifications & Skills
šExperience: 2+ years in an IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration role. šTechnical Skills: šStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments. šProficiency with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). šHands-on experience with endpoint protection and email security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Abnormal). šFamiliarity with Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar Zero Trust platforms (Zscaler, Perimeter 81, etc.). š(Nice-to-have) Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
