Job Summary

What you will do:

šŸ“SaaS System Administration - a set of applications are assigned to each IT System Administrator at Easygo and they oversee: Provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customisation, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics. šŸ“Scripting and Automation - performing ad-hoc coding (or low/no-coding) and integrating with APIs and seeking to improve how systems at Easygo interact with each other in a cohesive way that suits the requirements of the business. šŸ“On-premise Infrastructure - install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in on-premises environments, ensuring they are secure and running efficiently. Where necessary and applicable, maintain and monitor the company's LAN, WAN, and corporate VPN networks to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance. Plan and execute upgrades to hardware and software systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. šŸ“System Security - coordinate with the Security Team and assist in implementing security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorised access and cyber threats, and in coordination with the specialists in the cybersecurity team. Ensure all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and escalate non-conformities when they are discovered. šŸ“Technical Support - providing level-3 technical support when required to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving complex problems promptly. šŸ“Backup and Recovery - manage data backup solutions, ensuring regular backups are performed and data can be recovered in the event of a failure. šŸ“Documentation - maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and security protocols. šŸ“Project Management - assist in various IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.

What you will bring:

šŸ“Prior experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator role, with proven skills in administering IT systems - SaaS applications, Public Cloud and IT Projects - in a busy environment.
