While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šMonitoring the performance of the Helpdesk team and providing coaching. šAdhering to SLA timelines and regularly reporting them. šCollaborating with the IT Infra team. šManaging the Helpdesk team and operations šImproving the support processes for our users and creating documentation for them šEnsuring the effective resolution of incoming issues and managing internal escalation processes šManaging the onboarding and offboarding processes šManaging and tracking the inventory system, ensuring it is kept up-to-date
Qualifications:
šAt least 2 years of experience in Helpdesk management šStrong knowledge in providing support to users šStrong communication and leadership skills šKnowledge of managing the ticket system through the application in use šProficient in reading and understanding technical documentation in English šAbility to adapt to the growing and dynamic company environment and operations
