Key Responsibilities

📍Provide general desktop support across multiple locations. 📍Log and manage onsite IT assets to ensure accurate inventory records. 📍Assist with the installation, cable management, and reorganization of office and security workstations, as well as mining site expansions and move-ins.
📍Provide onboarding and offboarding support for employees, including setup and decommissioning of workstations and access management. 📍Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and devices.
📍Offer remote troubleshooting and support for IT-related issues, covering Office 365, Windows desktops, Macs, smartphones, and network printers.

Qualifications

📍Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Technical 📍Education, or related field preferred. 📍Experience: 5 years of experience minimum, hands-on desktop and office support preferred. 📍Skills: Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently; basic computer/network proficiency; time/project management; ability to communicate with diverse groups of people; ability to handle power tools; basic understanding of electronics and electricity. 📍Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly.
