Job Summary
What will you be doing in this role?
šManage end-to-end lifecycle of IT change requests (RfCs). šConduct quality checks on incoming RfCs and engage stakeholders to clarify and refine. šOrganize and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. šAuthorize or escalate change requests depending on impact. šEnsure proper coordination across teams for implementation and follow-up. šUse BMC Remedy to manage changes and maintain related documentation. šCreate and present change-related reports (including statistics and KPIs). šPropose and implement improvements to change processes and SOPs. šProvide guidance to team members on best practices. šAct as deputy or lead for related functions in absence of other staff. šLiaise with Cyber Security Centre and other internal/external partners as needed.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position? šBachelorās degree in IT or related field. šMinimum 2 years of experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-based environment. šExperience in international, governmental, or multi-stakeholder settings is a plus. šBackground in medium-to-large scale IT service delivery environments. šITIL Foundation certification required; Intermediate ITIL certifications are an advantage. šProficient in managing the full lifecycle of change requests (RfCs). šFamiliar with configuration management and CMDB tools. šSkilled in BMC Remedy or similar ITSM platforms.
