Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCoordinate and oversee all helpdesk functions, providing prompt and effective support to team members šAdminister and configure core IT platforms including enterprise email, communication tools, and SaaS applications šManage endpoint security through MDM tools and implement best practices for device management šConfigure and maintain identity and access management systems (SSO/IdP) šSupport security and compliance initiatives, including GRC audits and incident response šDevelop and implement IT policies and procedures šManage vendor relationships and software licensing šProvide training and documentation for team members on IT systems and security practices
Requirements
š3-5 years of professional IT experience at a high-growth tech company šStrong experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration šProven experience configuring and maintaining MDM tools for a multi-device fleet šExcellent communication and problem-solving skills for help desk support šDeep understanding of security best practices and least-privilege access models šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
