Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Assist in the daily operations of IT systems and network infrastructure. 📍Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues. 📍Perform routine maintenance on servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance. 📍Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues. 📍Manage user accounts and permissions in LDAP. 📍Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux operating systems. 📍Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-related issues, including system performance and application errors. 📍Participate in the implementation of security measures to safeguard the organization's data. 📍Document processes and procedures related to system administration tasks.
Requirements
📍Basic understanding of network operations, including familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSec/SSL VPN, and routing concepts. 📍Experience with Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and basic troubleshooting skills. 📍Knowledge of system administration tools and practices is a plus. 📍Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash) is an advantage but not required. 📍Basic understanding of information security principles and best practices. 📍Familiarity with network security tools and technologies. 📍Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
