Job Summary
In your day-to-day role you will
šIdentify Payment ISOs ā to support the distribution and reselling of PayPalās payment solutions
šIdentify Potential Referral Partnerships, Local & Enterprise level, who will provide dependable sales leads for PayPalās direct Sales Teams
šEfficiently onboard & enable partners to a newly developed ISO & Referral channel
šEnsure capability for ISO teams to close āin-channelā from opportunity identification to merchant onboarding ā acting as a Partner Enablement function
šEnsure capability for Referral Partners to identify leads within their commercial audiences
šConsult & build flexible, local incentive plans for ISO & Referral Partners to promote behaviour and adoption.
šPromote additional āvalue addā PayPal services & products to and through a newly developed Referral & ISO Partnerships Channel
šManage the newly developed Referral & ISO Partnerships Channel, ensuring commercial agreements and obligations are maintained.
šEfficiently manage Opportunity Pipeline via CRM
šDeliver against monthly goals and KPIās including onboarding of new partners, merchants per partner, and revenue per merchant.
What do you need to bring
š6 or more years of experience with a Bachelorās Degree šProven financial services or payments industry experience šStrong understanding of payments partner ecosystem network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, Key verticals šExperience managing enterprise relationships within commercial partnerships, leading referrals in the affiliate marketing space. šDemonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing multiple complex, competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation to closing and through delivery
