Job Summary

What You Get To Do

📍Lead a team of direct and indirect HRIS professionals 📍Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders, technology and business subject matter experts and third-party vendors; and to assess feasibility, determine costs versus benefits, prioritize projects and develop and implement systems plans. 📍Leads the HRIS team to deliver new solutions and enhance current processes to deliver new capabilities to business partners within a complex organizational structure. 📍In conjunction with the HR, develops enterprise-wide HR systems strategy and roadmaps. Leads implementation of various initiatives to accomplish strategy. 📍Provides deep knowledge of HRIS and Workday solutions and HR business processes to lead and direct HRIS Analysts. 📍Supports Workday governance structure aligned with business processes. 📍Strong technical capabilities with the ability to engage in strategic discussions with internal clients throughout the organization and third-party vendors. 📍Manage relationships with IT technical resources supporting Workday and other HR systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution. 📍Responsible for assessing and resolving Workday module integration issues. 📍Responsible for functional support issue resolution and the management of HRIS overall resolution response time. 📍Demonstrate ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis 📍Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously 📍Demonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment 📍Lead team through Workday feature release updates and enhancements 📍Lead the team to provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner 📍Lead Workday security design, configuration, testing and deployment 📍Performs audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy 📍Capable of educating, coaching and overseeing the activities of less experienced staff and other team members 📍Educate employees of system/data standards and best practices. 📍Perform daily work as required and undertake other duties as assigned or delegated by your director, adapting to evolving organizational needs.

What We Want From You

📍Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field with Masters in related field preferred. 📍10+ years’ experience in HR Systems Management. Global systems integration and implementation 📍Workday experience
