Job Summary
What You Get To Do
šLead a team of direct and indirect HRIS professionals šResponsible for collaborating with senior leaders, technology and business subject matter experts and third-party vendors; and to assess feasibility, determine costs versus benefits, prioritize projects and develop and implement systems plans. šLeads the HRIS team to deliver new solutions and enhance current processes to deliver new capabilities to business partners within a complex organizational structure. šIn conjunction with the HR, develops enterprise-wide HR systems strategy and roadmaps. Leads implementation of various initiatives to accomplish strategy. šProvides deep knowledge of HRIS and Workday solutions and HR business processes to lead and direct HRIS Analysts. šSupports Workday governance structure aligned with business processes. šStrong technical capabilities with the ability to engage in strategic discussions with internal clients throughout the organization and third-party vendors. šManage relationships with IT technical resources supporting Workday and other HR systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution. šResponsible for assessing and resolving Workday module integration issues. šResponsible for functional support issue resolution and the management of HRIS overall resolution response time. šDemonstrate ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis šProblem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously šDemonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment šLead team through Workday feature release updates and enhancements šLead the team to provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner šLead Workday security design, configuration, testing and deployment šPerforms audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy šCapable of educating, coaching and overseeing the activities of less experienced staff and other team members šEducate employees of system/data standards and best practices. šPerform daily work as required and undertake other duties as assigned or delegated by your director, adapting to evolving organizational needs.

What We Want From You
