Job Summary

What your success will look like

📍You will report to the Director of People Operations HRIS management, maintenance, and advisory 📍Manages, maintains, and audits all HR systems (e.g., ADP, Qualtrics, 📍Lever, Lattice, etc.)to ensure proper integration and integrity of each system. 📍Oversee all HRIS upgrades/changes while partnering with the IT, Payroll, and other affected departments. 📍Partner with payroll, talent acquisition, talent development, and the rest of the people operations team to ensure accurate data flow. 📍Maintain assignment for User-Based Security roles to employees and/or positions. 📍Create, change, test, validate, and implement Business Processes into the HCM systems. 📍Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws and support the People team on structural policy matters related to the HRIS. 📍Completes HRIS transactions as needed (employee changes, onboarding, terminations). 📍Works closely with data engineering to set up integrations and manage data through our Azure data lakehouse. 📍Analytics reporting and tool development 📍Prepare and Build custom reports for members of HR or within other company departments using ADP, Lattice, Qualtrics, and PowerBI. 📍Completes ad-hoc analysis and reports for leadership to support business decision-making. 📍Supports employee listening tools by preparing and analyzing reports through Qualtrics. 📍HR operation process improvement 📍Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation 📍Works across the team to build and implement more efficient processes to process employee changes 📍Maintain current knowledge of the HRIS marketplace and HR operations industry to implement best-in-class solutions. 📍Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Who you are and what you bring

📍Project management expertise with or other platforms 📍Highly analytical and organized individual 📍Advanced Excel experience 📍HRIS data administration experience (Preferred: ADP Workforce Now) 📍Experience with HCM implementations, testing of upgrades, patches, and new applications to test new and existing functionality 📍Demonstrated knowledge of the HR function & processes 📍Preferred: PowerBI, Tableau, or other BI tools experience
