The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for improving the zkEVM-based zkRollup security, ensuring that Scroll is one of the safest Layer 2ās for projects and users. The role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a start-up environment, a self-starter that is dynamic and comfortable to take on responsibilities and can work effectively within a remote setup.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šPartner closely with team leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support our fast-paced and agile operating environment and growth objectives. šAct as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees and managers, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with Scrollās overall goals. šProactively assess and diagnose organisation issues; recommend and implement solutions. šLead people programs initiatives in end to end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, and retention strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of a startup in the blockchain industry. šWork closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. šDrive performance management processes and coach managers on effective feedback and development practices to support continuous growth and excellence. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative employee growth programs, and initiatives that reflect our values and promote a culture of innovation and transparency. šProvide expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support scalability and operational efficiency. šHandle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations with a solutions-oriented approach, maintaining fairness and compliance with Scroll policies and legal regulations. šStay current with industry trends and best practices in blockchain technology and startup culture to ensure our HR strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Qualifications:
š7+ years of HRBP / People Partnering experience, with strong background as HR Business Partner, Talent Development/Talent Management, ideally within a high-growth blockchain/crypto, or scaling Tech company. šProven experience in managing highly impactful people programs, talent management, and employee development initiatives in a rapidly growing and changing web3 environment. šPossess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and the capacity to drive impactful change with extreme ownership and persuasive communication skills. šA meticulous and professional approach to managing tasks and supporting team growth and scalability. šA positive attitude, strong ownership mentality, and adaptability in a rapidly changing business climate.
