Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism. 📍Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture that enhances employee satisfaction and retention. 📍Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. 📍Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support the design and execution of performance evaluation systems. 📍Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and implement relevant programs. 📍Regularly review and update policies to reflect organizational and legal changes.
Qualifications:
📍5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a gaming or Web3 environment. 📍Familiarity with gaming studio workflows and team dynamics is essential. 📍Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance. 📍Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. 📍Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural teams. 📍Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 📍High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. 📍Commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📍Proficiency in HRIS tools and ATS platforms. 📍Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, BambooHR, or Asana.
