Job Summary
Main missions :
šWhile executing all People operations & administrative tasks related to Ledger employees you will be : šResponsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees šThe first point of contact of Ledger employees, and provide top-notch customer service šHandling arrival, lifecycle and termination (contracts, paperwork, amendment, immigration, benefits administration) šHandling registration of personal and contractual data on the tool, DPAE, contracts, mutual insurance enrolment šHandling Management of personnel registers šManaging medical examinations at our two FR sites: Paris & Vierzon šEnsuring that immigration files are correctly anticipated to secure the recruitment of our foreign employees šParticipating in the payroll process: collection of variable elements (transport, health insurance, employee personal data). šMaintaining, auditing and making sure that our HRIS (Workday) is always accurate and compliant šPreparing dashboards and reports on Workday šBuilding strong partnerships with other teams supporting Ledger employees (IT, Finance and People Team) šContributing to the continuous improvement of HROps supports and cross-functional projects šGuarantee of HROPS communication by creating or updating Q&A and the communication space on the LEDGER GO intranet. šSupporting for managers and employees on HROps issues.
What we are looking for:
šYou have a degree in Human Resources and minimum 2 years of successful HR experience, ideally in HR Operations and Administration šGood knowledge of Workday is mandatory šGood knowledge of Excel šYou have worked in an international environment and are fluent/ native in French and have advanced level in English (B2 min). šYou are recognized for your problem solving skills and your interpersonal skills : sense of service, confidentiality, strong attention to detail, organization, curiosity, as well as for your proactivity.
