Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šBuild and maintain HR operations efficiency; define and follow processes and initiatives which will enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimization šHave accountability for maintenance of all stages of the employment life cycle, including drafting contracts, employment letters, new hire orientation and onboarding, staff movements, staff relocation assistance, terminations etc. šMaintaining accurate data in Workday, payroll systems, and all related tools associated with HR šReview and suggest updates to HR policies - striving for best practice and always aligning with any applicable legislation changes šOwn global mobility projects and all visa related activities šMaintain relationships with external providers including relocation specialist services, health insurance providers, tax advisors etc šHave accountability for local HR reporting requirements, ensuring the team prepare reports for global and local requirements šAssist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations šSupport HR audits and investigations as needed, gathering relevant documentation and information šSupport the HRBPās in providing the best service levels and provide the needed information and specific communication on HR Operations related topics
Your Skills and Experience:
šBachelorās degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field š4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role within a high touch, fast paced environment šExperience with process improvement and developing standard operating procedures; prior experience with building HR capabilities a strong plus šPrevious experience using Workday is a strong plus but not required šExcellent written and verbal communication skills
