Job Summary

Your Core Responsibilities:

šŸ“Build and maintain HR operations efficiency; define and follow processes and initiatives which will enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimization šŸ“Have accountability for maintenance of all stages of the employment life cycle, including drafting contracts, employment letters, new hire orientation and onboarding, staff movements, staff relocation assistance, terminations etc. šŸ“Maintaining accurate data in Workday, payroll systems, and all related tools associated with HR šŸ“Review and suggest updates to HR policies - striving for best practice and always aligning with any applicable legislation changes šŸ“Own global mobility projects and all visa related activities šŸ“Maintain relationships with external providers including relocation specialist services, health insurance providers, tax advisors etc šŸ“Have accountability for local HR reporting requirements, ensuring the team prepare reports for global and local requirements šŸ“Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations šŸ“Support HR audits and investigations as needed, gathering relevant documentation and information šŸ“Support the HRBPā€™s in providing the best service levels and provide the needed information and specific communication on HR Operations related topics

Your Skills and Experience:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field šŸ“4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role within a high touch, fast paced environment šŸ“Experience with process improvement and developing standard operating procedures; prior experience with building HR capabilities a strong plus šŸ“Previous experience using Workday is a strong plus but not required šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills
