📍Full Recruitment Cycle; 📍Talent Acquisition Strategy; 📍Candidate Management; 📍Collaboration with Hiring Managers; 📍Employer Branding; 📍Onboarding and Orientation; 📍Coordinating the hiring process (documentation, working visas etc) 📍Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures within the Company.

Requirements

📍Proven experience in HR Department in the UAE market (experience in construction company is a plus). 📍You should be prepared to work full-time from our office in Dubai asap. 📍Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Quick adaptability. 📍Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
