Job Summary

Your Responsibilities

📍Conduct monthly audits of the HRIS system (BambooHR) with precision and attention to detail. 📍Coordinate document gathering for HR projects and service agreements 📍Implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes 📍Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring that each team member feels welcomed and valued from day one. 📍Design and execute creative initiatives to enhance our company culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees. 📍Provide personalised training and support to new hires, making their transition into the company a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📍Collect and manage contract-related documents with efficiency and accuracy, while finding ways to simplify the process. 📍Collaborate closely with finance & legal teams, bringing your structured approach to ensure seamless integration between HR, finance & legal operations. 📍Ensure synchronisation and data consistency across all HR systems, while also exploring innovative ways to improve our processes. 📍Create and maintain a fun and engaging Notion page for emplo

Skills, Nice to have and Strong Plus

📍2+ years of experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on HRIS system management and process automation. 📍Proficiency in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms. 📍Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring order to chaos. 📍Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, balanced with a creative and innovative mindset. 📍Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 📍Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering a positive work environment. 📍Experience in training and development preferred. 📍Knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred. 📍Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
