Job Summary
What You Will Do
šBe the first point of contact for employee questions, providing operational and HR support as you address both in-person and email queries šManage the administration of APAC benefits including medical insurance, leave days etc. šSupport with the administration of the HR system to keep employee records up to date šResponsible for the administrative requirements for onboarding new joiners and supporting current employees, including the drafting of contracts (new hires / transfers), letters, preparation of employer statements etc. šSupport on relocation matters for internal transfers šSupport on visa processing šMaintains a positive work environment by championing employee engagement. Partner with šOffice Management to run these events from time to time. šManage the yearly engagement survey process and work with global stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience šSupport on ad hoc HR projects from time to time šSupport and help coordinate Recruitment activities in the region
What You Need to Succeed
šA degree holder with 2+ years of relevant HR experience šAffinity for systems with strong working experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. šStrong communicator able to work with a strong sense of confidentiality šMultitasker with strong time management skills Innovative thinker striving for continuous improvement
