Job Summary
Responsibilities
šIdentify and pursue new customers to trade through CoinFlip Preferred OTC. šDevelop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. šCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies. šConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. šCreate and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. šNegotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners. šMonitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives. šRepresent the company at industry events and conferences. šPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. šDevelop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities. šStay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends. šProvide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. šWork with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements. šIdentify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities. šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements. šOther duties as assigned.
Qualifications
šBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferred. š2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. šLead generation expertise including proficiency using CRM tools, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and other platforms. šProven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
