Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

📍Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and success. 📍Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's global hiring goals and objectives. 📍Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent needs across various regions and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally for rapid business growth. 📍Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, ensuring consistency and compliance with local employment laws and regulations. 📍Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners globally to enhance the candidate pipeline. 📍Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in different countries. 📍Develop and maintain a strong employer brand globally to attract top talent, including managing the organization's online presence and participation in relevant industry events across different regions. 📍Stay updated on global industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to enhance recruitment efforts worldwide. 📍Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as onboarding and talent management, while considering cultural nuances. 📍Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

📍Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and managing a high performing team. 📍Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends on a global scale. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, while considering cultural diversity. 📍Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent globally. 📍Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 📍Resilient, proactive and results-oriented mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 📍Growth mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese or Mandarin 📍We welcome candidates with less experience or qualifications. Candidates may be considered as sub-lead or individual contributor role.
