Job Summary
You will be:
📍Meeting with Solana DeFi teams regularly, both old and new, to assist them in their journey of building atop the Solana protocol 📍Helping teams brainstorm new product ideas and how to bring those products to life 📍Parsing through the Solana Foundation’s inbound DeFi grant applications 📍Owning and setting the agendas for recurring DeFi events, such as the Monthly DeFi Roundtable 📍Proactively thinking about where DeFi is going and how the Solana Foundation can best support builders in pursuit of that future 📍Working with a talented group of individuals within the Solana Foundation to set ecosystem wide strategy
You ideally have:
📍At least [3] years of experience in the blockchain ecosystem 📍Strong understanding of the existing Solana DeFi landscape 📍Demonstration of strong communication skills, both written and verbal 📍Ability to ruthlessly prioritize while also demonstrating proper business etiquette 📍Know when and where to automate tasks to increase your own operational efficiency 📍Ability to work interdisciplinarily with engineering, marketing, and other sub organizations within the Solana Foundation
