Responsibilities?

📍Utilize your system architecture expertise to define the long-term platform architecture for enabling resilient, cloud-based, white-labeled solutions. 📍Assess existing platform and design, build, and maintain applications ensuring security, reliability, and scalability that best aligns with our evolving business needs. 📍Develop data engineering capabilities that interface with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake for data analytics and reporting. 📍Make strategic resource decisions, including hiring, outsourcing, and managing the workforce of the technology team to support our ambitious growth plans. 📍Provide strategic direction and technical leadership that drives the technology team forward, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and professional growth. 📍Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, client solutions, and compliance, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. 📍Ensure adherence to financial regulations and implement best-in-class security protocols to safeguard data integrity and ensure asset protection. 📍Identify risks and maintain a robust risk management framework with ongoing vulnerability assessments. 📍This is full-time role based in Singapore.

Attributes?

📍You should have: 📍Senior experience, preferably prior CTO experience, product delivery ownership, having demonstrating technical expertise, strategic vision, successful project management and team building. 📍Solid track record in enterprise software development and multi-cloud architecture, preferably in the financial services industry. 📍Deep domain knowledge in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of private market assets, wealth management, banking, and distribution technologies. 📍A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changes and the commitment to fostering a culture of high-quality code delivery. 📍Exceptional communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to drive technology strategy.
