Job Summary
What the job involves:
šCRM & Retention strategy šLead the overall CRM and retention strategy, ensuring alignment with Avant Arteās business objectives and marketing goals. šOwn and optimise the health of Avant Arteās mailing list to drive sustainable revenue growth ā balancing frequency, engagement, and churn through data-led experimentation and segmentation. šStay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Avant Arte remains at the forefront of CRM strategy. šProvide leadership and mentorship to the CRM team, offering strategic guidance and support in executing campaigns. šRelease marketing šOversee the development and execution of comprehensive email marketing plans for each release, aiming to maximise sales, engagement and long-term retention. šLead the strategic approach for each release, balancing consistency with creative flexibility, while focusing on efficiency and scalability. šDevelop structured methods for segmenting and targeting relevant audiences for each release. šDrive the optimisation of the collector journey throughout the CRM lifecycle, from onboarding sign-ups to maximising conversions.
The main skills weāre looking for:
šProven experience leading CRM/retention strategy in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally e-commerce or consumer tech. šProven ability to guide and support a small team, fostering their development while delivering strategic CRM initiatives that drive measurable business impact. šKeenly analytical, able to think systematically about email marketing automations and develop repeatable workflows to maximise the potential of each release. šSkilled at blending technical precision with creative thinking, developing flexible email marketing strategies tailored to specific campaigns.
