Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šIdentify and source high-potential collaborations within the APAC region, focusing on early-stage web3 startups. šValidate, negotiate, and successfully close engagements with sourced projects. šEngage with venture capital firms, university blockchain clubs, and community organizations to generate leads and expand the pipeline.
What You'll Need
š3+ years of experience in a developer-facing role within web3 (e.g., business development, ecosystem growth, or collaborations). šA genuine passion for web3 technologies and decentralized applications. šDeep understanding of blockchain technology and regular experience using web3 dApps. šExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. šA proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. šFamiliarity with CRM and partner management tools, with strong attention to detail.
