Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES

šŸ“Lead and manage initiatives to generate high-quality leads into the ALUSB application pipeline that contribute to meeting the recruitment targets šŸ“Plan and implement the student referral process by ensuring quality leads enter the pipeline šŸ“Manage communication channels in the student referral process through emails, newsletters, and direct calls šŸ“Plan and oversee stakeholder engagement, webinars, and events šŸ“Engage leads up to the point of admission and as a support contact person up to the point of enrolment šŸ“Build sustainable relationships with key influencers (postgraduate associations, education agencies, corporations) šŸ“Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with ALU partner organisations (Foundations etc.) šŸ“Utilise the available resources in an engaging manner to drive the ALUSB narrative šŸ“Grow our database of corporate clients and universities and maintain ownership of the pipeline data šŸ“Plan the facilitation of seminars and workshops to nurture prospective students and clients šŸ“Prepare reports and proposals as necessary for current and potential clients šŸ“Share feedback and insights from the market to inform ALUSBā€™s overall student recruitment strategy šŸ“Establish deep, long-term relationships with target corporations, universities, and other relevant stakeholders šŸ“Support the development and implementation of a strategy to improve awareness of applications to ALU by fee-paying students from across the continent šŸ“Provide support to fee-paying students throughout the application and enrollment journey šŸ“Other related duties that may be assigned by your Manager

REQUIREMENTS

šŸ“Bachelor's degree šŸ“Master's degree (Desired) šŸ“Fluency in English and French (Desired) šŸ“Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or recruitment experience, B2C sales, or a similar field šŸ“Experience using a CRM šŸ“An iterative mindset (the ability to take an idea, test it, learn from it, make the call to ā€˜use it or lose itā€™) šŸ“Experience making data-driven decisions and managing pipeline data šŸ“An uncanny ability for quick solution hacks šŸ“The ability to pick up new skills with agility
