Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
šLead and manage initiatives to generate high-quality leads into the ALUSB application pipeline that contribute to meeting the recruitment targets šPlan and implement the student referral process by ensuring quality leads enter the pipeline šManage communication channels in the student referral process through emails, newsletters, and direct calls šPlan and oversee stakeholder engagement, webinars, and events šEngage leads up to the point of admission and as a support contact person up to the point of enrolment šBuild sustainable relationships with key influencers (postgraduate associations, education agencies, corporations) šEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships with ALU partner organisations (Foundations etc.) šUtilise the available resources in an engaging manner to drive the ALUSB narrative šGrow our database of corporate clients and universities and maintain ownership of the pipeline data šPlan the facilitation of seminars and workshops to nurture prospective students and clients šPrepare reports and proposals as necessary for current and potential clients šShare feedback and insights from the market to inform ALUSBās overall student recruitment strategy šEstablish deep, long-term relationships with target corporations, universities, and other relevant stakeholders šSupport the development and implementation of a strategy to improve awareness of applications to ALU by fee-paying students from across the continent šProvide support to fee-paying students throughout the application and enrollment journey šOther related duties that may be assigned by your Manager
REQUIREMENTS
šBachelor's degree šMaster's degree (Desired) šFluency in English and French (Desired) šMinimum of 3 years of experience in account management or recruitment experience, B2C sales, or a similar field šExperience using a CRM šAn iterative mindset (the ability to take an idea, test it, learn from it, make the call to āuse it or lose itā) šExperience making data-driven decisions and managing pipeline data šAn uncanny ability for quick solution hacks šThe ability to pick up new skills with agility
