Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
Some of your roles and responsibilities as Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to: 📍Research: 📍Conduct comprehensive industry research to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and inform our product development strategy. 📍Internal Procurement and Vendor Messaging: 📍relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and services for the internal team. 📍Communicate effectively with vendors to align their products and services with our operational needs.
Requirements
This role would be a fit for you if you have the following skills: 📍Experienced Executive Assistant: At least 1 year of experience providing support to executives. 📍Strong written and spoken English communication: You will be communicating with multiple stakeholders through different channels (email, call, Discord chat, etc.). Excellent English is necessary to help represent the brand well. 📍Tech-Savvy: Has experience working with different platforms and tools, or can quickly grasp new software. 📍Project Management Experience: Has owned projects in previous roles, overseeing and managing them to successful completion. 📍High Reliability: The role necessitates someone who can be trusted to work with highly confidential information. 📍Adaptable: Working in a startup environment requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. 📍Experience with Discord, Persona, Slack
