Job Summary
Your mission:
šTechnical infrastructure management: šOversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT infrastructure, ensuring they meet operational standards. šImplement and manage building automation systems to enhance efficiency and sustainability. šSecurity and safety oversight: šCollaborate with the Security team to develop and enforce protocols that safeguard the facility and its occupants. šEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments
What weāre looking for:
šBachelorās degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field. šMinimum of 8 years of experience in managing technical services within a corporate environment, preferably in the technology sector. šStrong knowledge of building systems, workplace technologies, and infrastructure management. šProven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
