Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šTechnical Support: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries about Web3 technologies and blockchain applications. šSales Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives to strategize and execute on complex deals, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product offerings. šSolution Development: Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions that leverage blockchain and Web3 technologies. šDemonstrations and Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate the value propositions of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences. šCustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations. šDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, BD activities, and technical specifications to inform future strategies.
Required Qualifications
šExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales role, preferably within blockchain or data oracle environments. Located in Eurasia.
Technical Skills:
šStrong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in Web3. šFamiliarity with APIs, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and data management principles. šCommunication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to diverse audiences. šProblem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated capability to address technical challenges in real-time during client engagements. šTeam Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams involving sales, product development, engineering, and customer success
