Responsibilities
📍Key Responsibilities 📍Project Management: 📍Oversee the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. 📍Manage kickoff and delivery timelines of projects, ensuring deadlines are met. 📍Client Interaction: 📍Maintain a strong client-facing presence, facilitating kickoff meetings, client meetings, and the fact-finding/research process to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction. 📍Engage with clients regularly to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment with client expectations. 📍Account Management: 📍Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations. 📍Serve as the main point of contact for clients and between the internal teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. 📍Deadline Management: 📍Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all project components. 📍Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. 📍Dynamic Environment Adaptation: 📍Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and priorities. 📍Project Process Understanding: 📍Utilize a strong understanding of the project process, including branding, digital design, engineering execution, and delivery. 📍Communicating effectively and clearly with the Product and/or 📍Engineering Team. 📍Project Management Tools: 📍Leverage project management and resource planning tools, specifically Jira, to effectively manage resources, timelines, and project progress.

📍Effective Project Management: Successfully manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. 📍Effective Communication: Clear understanding of how to communicate with a Product or Engineering team 📍Strong Client Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client satisfaction. 📍Timely Delivery: Consistently meet project deadlines, managing timelines and resources effectively. 📍Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, easily handling multiple projects and changing priorities.
Qualifications
📍4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a strong account/project management background. 📍High level of emotional intelligence and strong client interaction skills, with experience in account management. 📍Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and managing deadlines. 📍Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments. 📍Good understanding of the full project process, from branding and digital design to engineering execution and delivery. 📍Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools, specifically Jira. 📍Excellent command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
