We are looking for a new Web3 Marketing Manager with strong skills in crypto, social media and paid traffic to build successful campaigns and profitable relationships with company partners. You will be responsible for developing tactical social media campaigns, writing engaging blog posts, guides, and newsletters, and creating actionable marketing copy. Responsibilities:

• Craft the brand and product messaging to the relevant audiences specially on Twitter
• Develop and lead BeInCrypto’s R&D department paid media strategy for various channels including Google Ads, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including sourcing new relationships
• Use social media management tools to plan, monitor, and execute on-point campaigns that engage and retain the audience
• Design a framework in which content ideas are gathered, prioritized, researched, written, reviewed, published, and tracked for both proactive and reactive content opportunities making every minute count in all languages BeInCrypto is present.
• Define goals & KPIs for all content initiatives, then track and report on the performance.
• Work with other marketing, product, creative, and engineering teams to identify new co-marketing opportunities within our product and serviceability roadmap

👉 Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in Marketing or Social Media and paid traffic
• Deep experience in the web3 / crypto industry
• Relevant copywriting and content strategy preferably within early-stage tech start-up and crypto environments.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful organic campaigns with the ability to adapt to changing environments
• Experience with CMS, social listening tools, and social media advertising
• Exceptional English Language, brief writing and communication skills
• Strong project management abilities
