Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 ecosystem growth within the gaming space to increase the adoption of cloud gaming. šŸ“Identify and engage with potential partners, including gaming companies, blockchain projects, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem. šŸ“Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact. šŸ“Manage and optimize multiple business development channels to activate and maintain partnerships. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical) to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts. šŸ“Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Hubspot, Notion) to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track the progress of partnership initiatives. šŸ“Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic decisions. šŸ“Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities, including participating in speaking panels and workshops.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Web3 gaming guru: Always on top of all the developments happening in the Web3 gaming space. šŸ“2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships with Web3 gaming companies, or a similar strategic role at a gaming blockchain or project. šŸ“Proven experience in forming strategic alliances with gaming companies and other Web3 projects. šŸ“Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) is required. šŸ“Ability to travel at short notice to represent the company at various industry events and conferences.
