Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Act as both a hunter and a farmer in the Web3 ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients. 📍Utilize the CRM system/Notion to maintain accurate client interaction records and collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns. 📍Manage and optimize multiple BD channels to activate ecosystem partnerships. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts. 📍Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the web3 gaming/AI/DePIN sectors. 📍Be willing to work on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to business requirements. 📍Travel at short notice to conferences and industry events to represent Aethir.
Requirements
📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 📍2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in a Web3 company. 📍Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 📍Proficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is required. 📍Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is required.
