Responsibilities
šCollaborate with Serotonin Marketing Executives: Support their client work by actively engaging in client relationships and contributing to strategic projects with significant scopes. šManage Account Operations: Oversee project management tasks including: document management, timelines, resource allocation, vendor management, and profitability analysis for the agency's top clients. šServe as a Key Point of Contact: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the holistic marketing department, executive leadership, and clients. šSupport in Client Deliverables: Assist Serotonin executives in the creation of client deliverables. šPrepare for Client Interactions: Brief and prepare key executives for upcoming client meetings and events, and take comprehensive notes during these meetings. šOptimize Processes: Continuously improve current processes and methods to enhance Serotonin's overall effectiveness. šInnovate Across Teams: Collaborate across teams to discover and implement innovative solutions and opportunities.
Requirements
šRelevant Experience: 0-2+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing, or customer service. šOrganizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. šCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. šRelationship Management: Demonstrated success in cultivating and growing professional relationships over time. šInterest with Leadership: Interest working with executive leadership and building leadership skills. šBrief Preparation: Proficiency in preparing and presenting concise, detailed briefs for both internal and external audiences. šInterpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.
