📍Strategic Development and Innovation: Spearhead the development of the Gnosis Wallet as a Progressive Web App, focusing on leveraging the Gnosis Safe smart account and integrating account abstraction for a superior user experience. 📍Leadership in Web3 Technologies: Utilize your experience in Web3 wallet development to guide strategic decisions and ensure the wallet's technical excellence and innovation. 📍Integration of Advanced Features: Oversee the integration of features like Gnosis Pay, IBANs for wallets, and native support for Circles UBI, to transform the Gnosis Wallet into an on-chain neobank. 📍Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the wallet’s development aligns with the company's vision and user needs. 📍Quality Assurance and Best Practices: Uphold high standards in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring the wallet is secure, scalable, and reliable. 📍Market and Technology Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain, fintech, and PWA technologies to keep the Gnosis Wallet at the cutting edge.

Who you are

📍Proven Experience in Web3 Wallet Development: Demonstrable experience in building and scaling Web3 wallets, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts. 📍Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects. 📍Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PWA development, TypeScript, modern CSS, and experience with frameworks such as Svelte, Vue, React, along with familiarity with Tailwind, Gnosis Safe and principles of account abstraction. 📍Proficiency in backend technologies like NodeJS, Postgresql, GraphQL, Containerization and experience with cloud services and blockchain nodes. 📍Innovative Mindset: Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape, with a passion for embracing new challenges. 📍Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with good vibes 📍Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing and resolving complex technical challenges. 📍You are fluent in spoken and written English.
