Job Summary
Responsibilities
šProvide technical support to partners and users within the TON ecosystem via ticketing systems, chat, and other communication channels šSupport integration and usage of TON HTTP APIs (TON Center API, TON API) šInvestigate and resolve issues with incorrect API requests and payloads šHelp partners select the most suitable API interfaces for specific use cases šExplain best practices for transaction processing, swaps, analytics, and other key user scenarios šAssist with building complex PostgreSQL queries šSupport API and infrastructure versioning during updates šAnalyze logs and troubleshoot TON node issues (Native C++ node, MyTonCtrl) šAssist with node setup, configuration, and maintenance šSupport integration of staking protocols for CEXs and lending platforms šHelp less experienced users understand TON blockchain fundamentals šEscalate issues to core developers with clear reproduction steps and context šParticipate in testing and validating fixes
Requirements
šExperience launching and maintaining infrastructure and HTTP services (nodes, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps) šHands-on experience with API-based integrations šStrong troubleshooting and log analysis skills šHigh level of responsibility and attention to detail šExcellent written and verbal communication skills šAbility to independently learn new technologies and products
