Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šThis role encompasses both internal and external engagement: šInternal Engagement: šLead the execution of our custody solution, assembling the appropriate teams and individuals to drive our custody operations. šAct as a liaison between business functions to ensure alignment with the broader vision and individual objectives. šOversee the successful delivery of our digital asset custody offering. šOrganise and determine roles, on-call schedules for liquidations, and meet internal SLAs for our custody solution. šExternal Engagement: šSupport sales, marketing, and business development efforts by serving as a critical point of contact to speak on our digital asset offering. šAssist in drafting responses to Requests for Information/Proposals, demonstrating how our solutions meet client needs and comply with security, compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements. šCross-Functional Collaboration: šGather feedback from internal teams, clients, and networks, and analyze data to inform product development decisions. šBuild and maintain key relationships internally and externally. šEnsure alignment of features and enhancements across teams to meet client needs while upholding the Asset Reality brand and values. šWhat will the first 90 days look like? šInitially, this position involves organizing and defining roles with our partners, coordinating on-call schedules for liquidations, and setting internal SLAs for liquidation processes. As the team expands, the emphasis will transition to other essential duties specified in the job description, facilitating task delegation and team management.
Requirements:
šRemote-first company, with preference for candidates near key US or UK hubs (Washington DC / London). šFluency in English, additional languages a plus. šExperience in executing at a mature digital custodian or financial services business. šWorked within a regulated and compliant business, someone who knows how to deliver custody. šExperience in the early stages of building out digital asset custody, management, and liquidation platforms. šStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. šAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively. šFamiliarity with data analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office suite.
