All of the assets are managed by our in-house asset management team providing passive investments for our customers. Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Support daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly across different departments (product, marketing, finance, customer success). 📍Assist with setting up and improving workflows, tools, and internal processes. 📍Take ownership of small projects — from planning to execution — to solve operational bottlenecks. 📍Help track KPIs, build reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making. 📍Collaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives. 📍Handle ad-hoc operational tasks (no two days will look the same). 📍Contribute to documentation of internal processes and playbooks.
Qualifications
📍Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. 📍Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity. 📍Curious problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset. 📍Strong communicator and team player. 📍Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.); bonus if you’ve used project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.). 📍Excited about startups, entrepreneurship, and making things happen with limited resources.
