Job Summary
Responsibilities
šSupport daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly across different departments (product, marketing, finance, customer success). šAssist with setting up and improving workflows, tools, and internal processes. šTake ownership of small projects ā from planning to execution ā to solve operational bottlenecks. šHelp track KPIs, build reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making. šCollaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives. šHandle ad-hoc operational tasks (no two days will look the same). šContribute to documentation of internal processes and playbooks.
Qualifications
šCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. šHighly adaptable, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity. šCurious problem-solver with a āfigure it outā mindset. šStrong communicator and team player. šComfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.); bonus if youāve used project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.). šExcited about startups, entrepreneurship, and making things happen with limited resources.
