Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and execute a comprehensive government relations strategy that supports CleanSpark's objectives in the Bitcoin mining industry. šŸ“Engage with federal, state, and local officials and agencies to advocate on policy issues relevant to CleanSpark's business operations and sustainability goals. šŸ“Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that could impact the company, providing strategic advice to senior leadership on potential responses or actions. šŸ“Build and maintain relationships with key policymakers, government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups to promote and support favorable policy outcomes. šŸ“Represent CleanSpark in various forums, including conferences, panels, and public hearings, serving as a spokesperson on policy-related matters. šŸ“Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and public relations, to ensure a consistent and effective message across all channels and engagements. šŸ“Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders on policy and regulatory issues. šŸ“Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

šŸ“Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations or policy advocacy, with a strong preference for expertise in energy policy, technology, or related fields. šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related fields; a Masterā€™s degree or higher is preferred. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve policy goals. šŸ“Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to serve as a company spokesperson on sensitive issues. šŸ“Proven track record of building relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and policymakers. šŸ“Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making. šŸ“Travel Required
