Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. šCreate and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to facilitate integrated marketing strategies. šDevelop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience. šPlan user growth strategies including but not limited to event, campaign, and other marketing activities to achieve user growth. šMonitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field š5+ years of experience in client lifecycle or related fields. šStrong understanding of trading customer behavior and segmentation. šStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to help decision making. šStrong communication skills and is able to facilitate and motivate client managers. šStrong understanding of Binance Products and Services, or similar exchange products. šSolid understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends.
