Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Define and lead Flipster’s global growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels, aligning with company goals and product roadmap šŸ“Own performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growth šŸ“Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement šŸ“Oversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teams šŸ“Develop and manage a data-driven growth operating model, including forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance dashboards šŸ“Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys and conversion flows from acquisition through retention šŸ“Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility šŸ“Drive cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and trading volume growth

Qualifications

šŸ“6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including 3+ years in a lead managerial position šŸ“Proven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3 šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROI šŸ“Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments šŸ“Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analytics
