Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Coordinating with the Security, Support, and Legal teams at Phantom, as well as third-party security teams, to ensure that processes and solutions remain up to date. 📍Leading product initiatives to prevent Phantom users from being phished. 📍Creating highly automated and accurate solutions for detecting in-app spam tokens and collectible. 📍Handling high-loss cases (white-glove support), in coordination with our forensics and security partners. 📍Managing partners related to fraud prevention, as well as identifying and working with new ones as 📍Creating tooling for support, security, and T&S teams to utilize, such as portals for whitelisting false positives, adding domains to the blocklist, etc.
Qualifications
📍At least 3 years of experience in crypto, specifically with noncustodial solutions (protocols, wallets, dapps). 📍Experience or educational background in security/fraud prevention. 📍Well-connected and integrated into the web3 ecosystem, staying informed about events, trends, and changes.
