Job Summary
What you will do
šOversee daily cash operations, including cash flow optimization, liquidity forecasting, and payment processing, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and product needs. šEstablish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including those associated with digital assets and market volatility. Prepare and present regular reports on cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and investment performance. šEnsure all treasury activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. šManage relationships with banks, payment service providers, and cryptocurrency exchanges to support both fiat and crypto treasury operations.
About You
š Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. š4+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably with a portion in the fintech or digital assets industry. šProven expertise in liquidity management, investment strategies, and risk management, particularly concerning digital assets. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
